How does Buyer Protection work?
When you pay through Thrift, a small protection fee is included. Funds are held until you confirm delivery or the auto-complete window ends. Eligible issues can be opened as a return case.
How do I add items to my bag?
Open a listing and tap Add to bag. You can also Buy now to go straight to checkout with that item and choose a shipping address.
How do returns work?
From an eligible order, tap Request return, describe the issue, and optionally upload evidence. Track status on the Returns page. Staff may refund or deny after review.
Where do I manage my profile and addresses?
Use Account for your display name and avatar, and Address book for saved shipping addresses used at checkout.
Password and login help
Sign-in and password recovery are handled on the Sign in page (Forgot password). App profile details live under Account.
